Training will be available at EPS in various capacities

The clubhouse will be invite only, you have to be known/vouched by someone in order to show up.

Call ahead, if we have your time slot the price will be :

$5 for young adults under the age of 25

$10 for adults over the age of 25

Membership pricing will be 24/7 access with correspondence to Coach Hayes

Membership pricing starts at $100/mo for unlimited access and free gear

Supplement stack services 

- Instead of going through all the hassle of buying all these different products from different sites, let me order them for you!  8% mark up on total price of supplements ordered. When they're in - I'll show you how to use them

Coaching:

                   Individual / 1-on-1

                   Group 

Coach Hayes Salancy is available for four types of training:

General training and injury related treatment -- $35/session   

                                                                       or equal to medical co-pay

Progressive training -- $50/session

Boxing Lesson -- $25/ session

Group rates are available for each!

As other exercise professionals are added to the EPS team, their prices will be included here and their biographies will be posted in the Team tab.
