Eclectic Performance Solutions is dedicated to bringing you a more personalized and openly modifiable training experience that no other gym can offer.
If you're in the market for a high-quality weight room and boxing/wrestling/MMA studio, you have arrived at the right place.
Our two room facility is equipped with all of your muscle building essentials.
In addition to our boxing/mixed martial art room, there is also a weight room with thousands of pounds of iron that is Bench, Squat, and Deadlift friendly.
We just ask that your volume respects our upstairs neighbors during 8am-5pm business hours; at all other times, we encourage freedom of expression.

At EPS, we are fans of science.

This is why we offer various services relating to nutrition counseling, supplement prescription, and exercise programs.
At the counter
When you walk into EPS, our team will have calories (pre-packaged foods) and drink available for your training needs.
